Dave Hutchison, CFA
A CFA charterholder with over a decade of investment management experience, Dave joined Triad in 2013 after working at large investment firms and founding a boutique investment practice. He holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and serves on CalOptima Health’s Investment Advisory Committee.
I joined Triad in 2013 after gaining experience at several large investment management firms. Between those roles, I founded a boutique investment firm, allowing me to apply institutional-level expertise in a more personalized way for clients. Triad offers that same client-focused approach, enhanced by greater scale and expanded capabilities.
I earned a B.A. from Macalester College and an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business, where I was selected to help manage a portion of the University’s endowment. I am a CFA charterholder and a member of both CFA Institute and CFA Society Orange County, and I serve on CalOptima Health’s Investment Advisory Committee.
My wife, Brooke, and I have two sons, Charlie and Tommy. Charlie attends the University of Denver, and Tommy attends Wake Forest University. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, biking, and reading.
